Modern Day Wife: Soiree En Blanc

For this project, we partnered with Modern Day Wife to provide comprehensive media coverage of its signature networking event at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Bringing together entrepreneurs, industry leaders, celebrities, and professionals, the event is dedicated to empowering women through education, collaboration, and the strength of community.

Our production combined several complementary approaches to tell the complete story of the day. Multi-camera coverage was used to record the event's panel discussions, creating polished, long-form videos that preserve the conversations for future audiences. These recordings not only serve as an archival resource for the organization but also provide access to attendees who were unable to participate in person, allowing the insights shared on stage to continue reaching viewers long after the event concludes.

Alongside the panel discussions, our team provided single-camera documentary coverage throughout the venue, capturing the energy and interactions that define the event experience. Rather than focusing solely on scheduled programming, we documented the many moments that bring the community together—from conversations between attendees and networking opportunities to sponsor activations and the atmosphere throughout the hotel. This broader coverage provides valuable visual context while illustrating the collaborative spirit that makes the event unique.

Throughout the day, we also produced a library of dynamic b-roll and short-form "popper" videos designed specifically for social media. These quick, engaging edits allow organizers to share highlights while the event is still fresh, helping maintain momentum online and extending engagement well beyond those who attended in person. Short-form content has become an essential part of modern event marketing, providing organizations with versatile assets that can be shared across multiple platforms throughout the year.

One of the day's signature moments is the fashion show, featuring collections from multiple participating brands. Our team is responsible for documenting every look that appears on the runway through both professional still photography and cinematic video coverage. Capturing each outfit consistently requires careful timing, attention to detail, and close coordination with the pace of the show, ensuring every designer receives a complete visual record of their presentation.
